EXCHANGE POLICY

At No5Hole, we take quality control and attention to detail very seriously!  We strive to exceed your expectations.  

Exchanges may be made on all purchases within 30 days of receiving your order.  The date you received your package will be calculated by the date of your order > your shipping method > and your location.  We understand shipping delays occur, and calculate time of arrival by the latest possibly date of arrival.  All exchanges must be unworn with tags attached to be accepted.  If your order is within the exchange period, please contact our team at customerservice@no5hole.com for assistance.  Shipping on exchanges is at cost of the customer, and all exchanges will require a return shipment slip in the package so that we can safely ship out your exchange.  Return shipping from our head quarters is at cost of the customer.  No5Hole does not issue credits in return for exchanges. We will happily assist you in replacing your order at equal or lesser price.  Any exchanges exceeding the purchase amount will require payment information to be applied to the difference before the exchange can be finalized.
